SUNRISE produces various liquid silicone rubber (LSR) products. In its raw uncured form, LSR is two parts liquid that are mixed together (mixing of Part A and Part B starts the curing) and heated to accelerate the curing process. LSRs are generally injection molded or cast. Room temperature liquid silicone compound is injected into and cured in a hot mold vs. plastic pellets melted into hot liquid and forced into a cooled mold. The LSR liquid silicone rubber injection process is a new process, which can produce high-definition products with high efficiency and cleanliness, and can produce products with extremely complex shapes.
